Polishing of surfaces
Design screed, polished concrete and terrazzo are becoming ever more popular not only for the building of new surfaces but also for the renovation sector. The results are very durable and long lasting floor surfaces.
We are pleased to offer you the following 3 different types of polishing pads:
- Polishing pad 80 mm for medium and heavy duty (weight) floor grinding machines for dry grinding of concrete and and terrazzo.
- Polishing pads 125 mm for light duty (weight) floor grinding tools and hand held machines for dry grinding concrete and terrazzo.
- Polishing pads 80 mm for the wet grinding of marble.
For the polishing of these floors very high quality resin bonded polishing pads are used. Depending on the gloss – level desired different grit sizes are used.
Please find following an example for polishing concrete. Further details and measures taken have to be adapted to each individual situation. For an optimal result do not skip any of the grit sizes and make sure the floor/surface is thoroughly cleaned between the different steps of the grinding processes.
