We aim to supply high quality, well specified products at all times. If you have a complaint please contact us by email service(at)diatools.com or facsimile message +49 (0)7937/80290-29 or a letter to the management. Your complaint will be dealt with immediately.

We ask for your understanding, that we can only accept complaints for diamond tools with at least 50 % of the original segment-/layer height left and which have been used in accordance with applicable general health and safety instructions as well as handling and operating notes. Our liability is limited to the value of goods supplied.
